As may be, an active Rx for medical marijuana puts one in an awkward position when trying to buy a gun from an FFL. Answer the Form 4473 question e YES… even if your state allows Rx or even recreational marijuana you are violating federal law and thus are an illegal user for that question. Answer YES and you wasted your time going to the LGS. Answer NO and sign the form you have committed perjury.

Whether the BATFE can and will cross match Form 4473 information with active Marijuana prescriptions in your state… Regardless the possibility is reason enough to voluntarily leave blank the space on the form where you can voluntarily enter your Social Security number.

The Second Amendment doesn't say anything about weed.  Considering our Founding Fathers grew weed and opium, I think it's safe to say they were cool with it.
