"Zucker was cast out of the company with immediate effect on Wednesday after bosses at WarnerMedia and AT&T, which owns WarnerMedia, were told of the affair by Chris Cuomo's lawyers. 

He wanted to keep his job until AT&T's $43billion deal with Discovery was completed, but Kilar - with whom Zucker has had a frosty relationship before - insisted that he resign immediately. 

The affair surfaced as part of the investigation into whether or not Chris Cuomo, who Zucker fired in December, should be paid the $18million left on his contract. He insists he is entitled to it but Zucker was refusing to pay up, citing his inappropriate work relationship with his brother as cause for the firing. "

I won't hold my breath. Not because I doubt the intent, but because I don't believe balanced journalism exists any more. If it ever did.

I sure hope this happens - cause my brainwashed parents think CNN is the only real news... and I'd love to see what happens if the network actually starts telling the truth... it'll be interesting to see if their heads explode, or they go right along with it because "CNN said it so it must be true"

Agreed.  The whole reason why FOX was created was to give viewers an alternative to CNN.  We all seen how that turned out and now FOX is just another CNN.  The only real news out there is on 4Chan and Twitter and with Twitter it can be a real bitch to find before it gets removed.
