Hospitals, like schools, protect their turf at all costs.  Hell should have an extra crispy place for these people.

Given all the litigious people out there who literally become millionaires from frivolous lawsuits, is it any wonder that hospitals are covering their asses?  I still can't believe this Corona Chan bullshit is still going on after almost 3 ******* years!

On the whole I’ve not been convinced the nation or its legal residents and citizens have benefited by allowing lawyers to advertise. Or drug manufacturers for that matter.

I’m the only person in my immediate family. I own a few two-wheel and a few four-wheel vehicles. A retorical question I’m sure, but why can’t I get an umbrella liability policy which covers me whichever vehicle I drive plus property damage as required to make lein holders happy?

I won't complain about what I'm paying for, YMMV. Never shopped for an umbrella policy, but I do wonder why my commercial vehicle coverage has to be separate from my BOP.
