BuzzFeed News exposed the co-founder for plagiarizing 54 articles between 2015-2019. David Mikkelson is the co-founder and executive editor of Snopes, "handling everything from researching and writing articles about urban legends to managing the site's technical infrastructure." I have found them to be biased and just flat wrong almost every time I've checked into one of their "fact checks". They are almost as big a joke as wikipedia. Liberal mom and pop in a garage to a large lucrative left leaning organization. Misleading "fact checking", to downright lies, and a host of other BS, yet they just grow and grow. I've often wondered at how easy they went on certain companies after embarrassing episodes.
