Batesmotel
I got the stove in. Range hood installed. New ductwork. Moved and up graded the gas and electrical. Diamond plate backsplash on the walls and ceiling. Starting to look like a roadside diner. More to do but this is a long term project. The old stove had about 36,000 BTU total output. This one has 84,000. 20 years ago the old one was considered a good home stove but after going to culinary school I just couldn’t handle it. Last month I had enough waiting 20 minutes to bring a large pot of water to a boil. The new one just did it in 8 minutes.

Batesmotel
Some neighbors helped me move it in. The thing weighs 400 pounds. 435 shipping weight. I think I’m making bread for everyone tomorrow.
