I just ordered the same stuff a few days ago (original profi line) and am waiting for it to get delivered. How are you liking yours so far?

Haven't used them yet, been on a salad "diet" last few days.

They are much heavier than the T-Fal I had before. The quality is in another league.

Here's my last 3 crock pot creations.  I really love it, don't use it enough.

Capture.JPG.0be5bf06e1286aba2ec2fb24afa12709.JPG

Chopped cabbage, yellow potatoes and home style meatballs cooked in tomato juice.

Capture2.JPG.8f9cf9f1c08b4cc18a057fdc42a46387.JPG

Pork loin, yellow potatoes and green beans cooked in a Sofrito.

Capture3.JPG.39d244c6eb56af7dfc34b99e1d1208be.JPG

Polish Kielbasa, red potatoes and sauerkraut cooked in unsweetened apple sauce

I always cook on high and will precook the harder veggies so everything finishes together.  5 hours is about my normal cook time.  At about 3 hours, drain the liquid from the crock and keep for gravy (I use cornstarch to thicken).

When it's done, take off the top to evaporate more liquid, pour gravy back over the top and feast.

Un petite peu.

Si jamais vous allez visiter la France, vous devez voir les chateaux le long de la Loire.

Cest aussi la meilleure region viticole.

Hey Crockett...ALL look so good, we don't sauce...too many calories

Try the PRIME steaks (usually almost 2" thick) from Costco.....EXCELLENT 6 -7 minutes per side on the gas grill, we share ONE steak with a Caesar salad

ps...Your "House" has too many windows to wash...
