How are you liking yours so far? Haven't used them yet, been on a salad "diet" last few days. They are much heavier than the T-Fal I had before. The quality is in another league. Peng
Here's my last 3 crock pot creations. I really love it, don't use it enough. Chopped cabbage, yellow potatoes and home style meatballs cooked in tomato juice. Pork loin, yellow potatoes and green beans cooked in a Sofrito. Polish Kielbasa, red potatoes and sauerkraut cooked in unsweetened apple sauce I always cook on high and will precook the harder veggies so everything finishes together. 5 hours is about my normal cook time. At about 3 hours, drain the liquid from the crock and keep for gravy (I use cornstarch to thicken). When it's done, take off the top to evaporate more liquid, pour gravy back over the top and feast.
