Huaco Kid
I keep forgetting that we love the police today. Otherwise, it was "a peaceful protest" of people "doing what people are gonna' do".

Dric902
Because the crimes were committed in DC, federal law applies. The federal felony murder rule, found at 18 U.S. Code § 1111, says people can be charged with murder if they: committed in the perpetration of, or attempt to perpetrate, any arson, escape, murder, kidnapping, treason, espionage, sabotage, aggravated sexual abuse or sexual abuse, child abuse, burglary, or robbery; or perpetrated as part of a pattern or practice of assault or torture against a child or children; or perpetrated from a premeditated design unlawfully and maliciously to effect the death of any human being other than him who is killed, is murder in the first degree. And it appears the DOJ and DC US Attorney have not ruled out felony murder charges, with senior prosecutor Ken Kohl saying, "Felony murder is always in play in something like this. Until we get all the facts and conduct the investigation, talk to witnesses, review any videos, we're not in a position to comment." So it looks like we'll just have to wait and see to find out. Dric902
https://www.businessinsider.com/fbi-doj-mindblowing-cases-criminal-conduct-trump-capitol-siege-2021-1 The US attorney's office in DC has opened more than 170 subject files, Sherwin said, "meaning these individuals have been identified as potential persons that committed crimes on the Capitol grounds, inside and outside." Of those cases, it has charged more than 70, and that number may "grow into the hundreds," Sherwin said. He said the range of criminal conduct resulting from the riot was "unmatched" by anything else the FBI and the DOJ had investigated. He said charges could include trespassing, theft of mail, theft of digital devices inside the Capitol, assault on local and federal officers, theft of national security or national defense information, felony murder, and more. holyjohnson
May he R.I.P. the Description of 'Killed' in the line of Duty is Different than 'Died' in the Line of Duty. if a Police Officer has a Heart attack during a chase and Dies is actually Different the the Same Officer Crashing and Dying During the Same Chase. Doesn't make him any Less Dead, or any less of a Loss. Liberals Hate Law Enforcement and it Galls the **** out of me them using the Death of any as Propaganda now when they Cheered it for 2 Years. God Bless him Prayers to his Family and Thanks for His Service.
