Peng
My house hot sauce that is pretty hot, tasty and goes with most things. You can also make it by taking a jar of their sambal oelek and putting 4-5 garlic cloves in it and let it sit in the fridge for a bit.

syntaxerrorsix
I had forgotten about this one. I went through three bottles of the regular version. This stuff is worth the price of admission. https://www.amazon.com/TRUFF-Gourmet-Truffle-Peppers-Experience/dp/B083QS9KF6/ref=redir_mobile_desktop?ie=UTF8&aaxitk=r4c7uA1Kq.uSiUtcU4nibA&hsa_cr_id=7537019220101&ref_=sbx_be_s_sparkle_mcd_asin_2
TBO
@Eric if you have a Chipotle hot sauce you like, perhaps you can infuse smoke using a culinary smoke gun.I got one off Amazon over a year ago, primarily used to add smoke to whiskey/Bourbon for cocktail entertaining.Easy to use and affordable.Sent from my Jackboot using Copatalk

LostinTexas
I like Tabasco Chipotle. It isn't going to have the heat that original Tabasco will, because it is a different pepper. It isn't supposed to have the heat either, it is flavor. There are lots of hot sauces out there, but the flavor is from the smoked jalapenos. Happy food wrecking. It's the only ketchup I like.

NPTim
Sriracha is good on Asian foods. I’m a wimp with hot sauce, Frank’s Red Hot, jalapeño tobassco and Valentina’s are about as hot as I can comfortably stand. Sometimes I use Scott’s BBQ sauce, don’t underestimate the black pepper corn.

I love the stuff.

Ramjet38
I don't really consider Lousiana hot sause a hot sause I just love the flavor and put it on about everything. If I want a real hot sause I use the Siracha at the bottom.
