Virginia -  Effective  7/1/20 HB421ER2 becomes effective allowing local Allows local government to control carry, possession, transport, and storage of firearms in government buildings, parks, recreation and community centers, and at permitted events, including adjacent streets.  Handgunlaw.us – Just a reminder.  Gun Owners  have taken it on the chin and even poked in the eye more than once this year in Virginia. One Gun a Month, Storage Laws, Universal Background Checks  and more bad laws on top of more bad laws that don’t stop crime or punish criminals but punish the good people of Virginia.  It shows that we have to vote and we have to vote for those who share our values. If we don’t we have a very clear picture of what WILL happen and it can happen anywhere!

Universal background checks.  So Cletus is talking to Beuchephus...and it turns out there's a gun that needs to be sold.  Maybe one wants a new one, maybe one wants to spend some time in Reno, it doesn't matter.   Cash is passed the pistol moves to a new owner.

How the heck do you prove it wasn't done before the change in laws regarding universal background checks?

Maybe, just maybe, Cletus sold that pistol to the other guy two years ago.

Better have a (back)dated receipt showing date of sale.  But in modern day tyrannical Governor Bojangles Blackface BabyKiller Northam's Virginia, you would be running a great risk of being made an example of.  

Tar, feathers, and rope are about all that will restore the Old Dominion.   Given the influx of legal and illegal immigrants,  coupled with Dimocrat voter fraud, I don't see elections as viable remedies any more.
