There is no bar from the business for drivers who park on the premises that have dangerous driving offenses versus those who have none. Yet people do get injured and killed in parking lots. It's not relative at all, to include in the law, harm from wild animals outside of the business venue, but on the property. This could be an exclusion in the law for liability. In Minnesota no one, including the state, is presently liable for injury of a person by a wild animal outside of a domicile. You have no right to sue a person because a Bear from the woods attacked you somewhere on their property. The limits of the personal injury claim would be treated the same as a fall from a dangerous fault, or condition of the property owners business, which now is liable to damages to the customer.
