jmohme
So, if I put a dollar bill from Texas into to a carwash change machine in Mississippi do I get 4 quarters, a dime, a nickel, and a penny, to equal the Mississippi value of a dollar, or is it adjusted to compensate for the difference between Texas value and Mississippi value? No. The dollar you put into the carwash change machine is worth less before you spend it or put it into the local economy, even for change. The decrease, or increase, happens to all the money you have when you cross the border, it pure magic done by politicians with the hope that you will not notice.
