So she just wants to utilize all a free society's benefits because they are better than a stone age civilization's.  I see no reason to please her and contribute to another terrorist against the country she wants to birth it.

 

I suspect her ploy is simply to claim that her baby  is a citizen of her country, so later he can walk into that country freely to continue to support terrorism, only now as a citizen.

What in the hell draws women to join a religion like that?  Those guys are some serious salesmen.  Most of us have a hard enough time attracting women when we are going to do things for them.  These guys are getting women that sign up for taking all their crap and following their laws.
