I think the Taser may have ignited something spilled on his clothing like an alcoholic beverage. Looking at the the pictures, the flames looked like they were from burning from the chest to knee level. I wonder if he made a pass at a gal in the bar and she threw her drink on him. larry_minn Posted April 20, 2019 Share Posted April 20, 2019 So this guy is a PITA. He was told to leave. He refused, could not be walked out... Rather then pound on him they used a less lethal tool.
