Maccabeus
A small bowl of cereal with fruit on top (fresh from the garden or frozen depending on the time of year) with soymilk and a large glass of water. Rarely, two eggs and the water. More rarely still, some oatmeal and the water. ETA: Today Edited February 5, 2019 by Maccabeus

BMyers
Atkins Milk Chocolate Delight Monday-Friday. Saturday and Sunday, eggs, bacon, and sometimes French Toast.
gwalchmai
Bowl of oats for me. Today I added a tsp of brown sugar and cinnamon. Yesterday I added four giant blackberries. I'm thinking a monotonous regimen of a bowl of oats for breakfast each day should lower my cholesterol by 10% in 4-6 weeks. It's hard to isolate, though, because oats keep you full all morning (another benefit).

NDcent
Tennessee Pride 'Hot' Sausage with cheap canned biscuits; sometimes runny yolk eggs with a sprinkle of cheese to boot. Same as above with 'toast or bacon' substitution. Homemade biscuits with apple butter or blackberry jelly. Fats and carbs are not good for you, I'm living proof.
PNWguy
Bacon or sausage and eggs and two cups of coffee. No carbs or sugar. It works. Used to do the steel cut oats and low fat thing. Starving and jittery a couple of hours later. No more. Salad and protein for lunch and rarely need dinner.

BamaBud
Skin milk, Bran Buds, Shredded Wheat. Sometimes add a little Raisin Bran. Rarely, add some whole grain granola (but too calorically dense!). I ALWAYS have that "get up and go" feeling!
Bish1309
Varying my intake. Some days it's Raisin Bran Crunch, Cheerios and real blueberries (frozen-keeps the milk cold longer) or on the weekends I gets me some eggs with spinach. I've even been known to throw down a bowl of Oatmeal.

gwalchmai
Today I had a bowl (1/2 cup dry) of oats with a handful of blueberries on 'em. I prefer giant blackberries, but blueberries is what we had. And coffee.
OGW
OP, try steel cut oats. They take even longer to cook but you can shorten it by soaking them overnight in the water they'll be cooked in. When you start cooking, add raisins and/or cranberry raisins, some cinnamon, and whatever type of sweetener you like. 1
