JJHNSN Posted September 10, 2017 Share Posted September 10, 2017 Most people tend to overcook pork, understandably out of fear of trichinosis, but .. the cause of trichinosis is the result of pigs eating infected meat...read that again..pigs eating meat. Since the vast majority of commercially raised pigs never eat meat...this is not an issue. And so, you can easily cook pork and consume it now *without overcooking it* and it is delicious a slight pink, in other words, cooked medium to medium rare. It is FANTASTIC with some pink in it.
