Moeman Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 Well, having been in many VA’s to train MDs, nuclear medicine, staff etc I saw some excellent ones and a few crappy ones. Never was out on the nursing floors. My biggest gripe is that instead of hiring the best qualified they hire people whom were vets and too often the dead weight. In private hospitals there isn’t a sure bet they are better saw that too, in this case they would get rid of experienced people for cheaper dumb ones.
