In 50 years compare how many breaches there have been through the DMZ by North Koreans as there have been on the Southern and Northern Border.  Apparently, what we are doing there is working.  Why should we do for them, what we are unwilling to do for our own Country?

The DMZ is not what keeps the border from being penetrated.  It is the fifty to 100 miles of land and water patrolled by the North Korean military with kill on sight orders.  Without that, not the DMZ,most North Koreans would be South Koreans, kind of like the East Germans became West Germans in the year before the fall of the East German government.

It's missing ketchup.  What good is a hot dog without ketchup?  :crylikeender:

They ban people from Chicago for putting ketchup on a hot dog.

You can sell drugs, murder innocent folk, cheat the welfare system, be in the country illegally and they don't care.

Put ketchup on a hot dog and you are banned!

Whatever Israel is using seems pretty ****ing good.  Good enough for me, for now.

Almost.  They try to handle the other side with kid gloves, because every counter attack has to be measured.  All responses are met with global liberal rage.

Discussions and arguments are essentially the same thing.  When it becomes ad hominem it becomes not a discussion, not arguing ideas, but an assault of the person.  That is neither beneficial, nor bears any fruit but malice.  Malice breeds hate.  Hate brings violence.  Violence brings death.  That has been the way it has been for centuries.  Ad hominem is as worthless as it is dangerous.  Discuss facts, argue personal experience.  Put the two together and you are solid ground.  Leave that solid ground and enter the quagmire at your own risk.  Because, ad hominem is a two edged sword and doesn't care whom it cuts.

True.  Those on the left leading the weed brigade will want harder stuff soon enough.  Essentially, the end goal is Amsterdam.

Well been to Amsterdam a few times... safe place. Safer than Memphis, Florida etc.

If the North Korea gave people a way out... it would be a cascade.

That flood would be permissible if South Korea agreed to take refugees from the North.  The flood would not make it successfully through.  Then it would be up to South Korea and Vienna what to do with potential refugees.  Further, the culture is such that have an ultimate Dictatorship since they can remember, that they worship at the television when Dear Leader is seen, for fear of reprisal.  There are not that many yearning to be free, because like people imprisoned by a Dictator and raised in that environment, freedom is a frightening concept.  They have to be taught what freedom really is.  Why do you think we have so many reoffenders in the United States?  Is it because they learned to be worse criminals?  Possibly.  But, it might be their incarceration has been so long that they don't recognize anything else.   I have witnessed this sort of thing from military NCO's that attended the University I went to in the early nineties.  They would think of the professor as a ranking officer and treat them as such.  It was simply they had a difficulty adapting to the outside world, and back then, it was much like the law enforcement world, they threw them to the wolves of the world, and said, "Figure it out."  Now, the VA has since improved its exit methods, but not then.

But, the underbelly of the hopelessly addicted in their society are shoved to the corners, as it is bad PR.  Major cities in our Country do not care for policing at any level, because of their liberality.  Also, think of the size of Amsterdam compared to the United States?  It would easily fit a State.

It's a gateway law!

It isn't even a true law.  It violates Federal Law, which supersedes local law.  I am certain Vermont wouldn't mind making and selling fully automatic weapons to its citizens.  That would be more legal and in tune with the Second Amendment, which has been so abrogated by other illegal legislation.  It makes you wonder when there is an assumed right, while stomping on an actual one?

Safe only because the dopers were far behind the lines that were manned by rough men ready for war, while they smoked weed and contemplated their hands and ceiling fans.  Today the streets are patrolled for their safety not by dope smoking potheads but by burly cops.

“The city centre becomes an urban jungle at night where criminal money is leading, and authority no longer exists, and the police can no longer handle this situation,” he said.
