I hate to boast, but I was the undisputed tether ball champion at Stoker elementary school, Bountiful, Utah, from 1956 until 1958.

I was also a demon at four-square with the infamous red Voit playground balls.

I coulda been a contender.

Nice sport.  Pure athleticism on display.  Tends to favor sprinters who can cut.  I like it.

Makes me wonder about a version with a larger court and possibly a team option.

That is why it caught my eye in the first place. These athletes have an insane level of reflexes and agility! It would make an interesting professional sport, if it was somehow developed further. Olympic Tag Games?

Our "tag" was more like dodgeball  - all the teenage boys in the neighborhood hurled nerf footballs at all the younger kids while we rode our Big Wheels, skateboards, trikes, bikes, etc up and down driveways and across the street to get to whoever's front porch had been declared the safe zone...  On second thought, this wasn't like dodgeball, it was more a shooting gallery...
