The SC did not "reject" anything such thing.

The State urged to SC not to review the case because the New Sheriff has already changed the Permit Policy.

The SC does not hear Moot Cases.

As for  New York Rifle & Pistol Association v. City of New York, I am very skeptical  of Justice Roberts as of late. First Obama care, then verbally attacking the President.  

I believe Roberts has been compromised and cannot be trusted, he is the New swing voter Kennedy.

I wish these suits would hold off until after Ruth has been replaced.
