Huaco Kid
Just a couple paragraphs saying a local punching bag is going to prison for three years.
PATCHMAN
A St. Paul man who exposed himself in public on several occasions was sentenced to more than three years in prison. In a Ramsey County courtroom Thursday, 30-year-old Shawn Michael Tillman was convicted on one count of indecent exposure in front of a minor and sentenced to 39 months in prison. Tillman was charged for an incident in July 2017, in which he allegedly masturbated in the common area of an apartment complex in St. Paul, court documents say. I'd like to know his marijuana/drug use history.

Duluth
"Tillman faces additional charges in Hennepin County for two other cases of indecent exposure." I'm guessing he won't beat those charges.
Silentpoet
I guess it is better than having those charges dropped for lack of evidence.
