It comes with all the things that came with original box, plus a total of four genuine HK magazines. I have an exact same one, and love it. I keep it cocked and locked like a 1911 in a holster. I am a huge HK fan when it comes to stainless pistols. I have full size USP stainless in .40 in the same stainless style cocked and locked. Well, I guess HK pistols aren't for everyone.
