Recalled guns

I have seen nice pistols recalled and upon returning.....they suck.

good triggers to bad, reliable to finicky, accurate to spraying rounds.

 

I have a Walther PPS M2 that I like a lot, carry often, shoot a lot.

very nice pistola. 

Now its recalled for drop safe issue

so....should I send it?

Or is this a P320 type thing that if dropped from “X” height at “Y” axis and “Z” angle it may fire “N” percent of the time if dropped only on concrete.

I hate to send a really great gun in and get a passable at best gun back.

I'm no fan of recalls and usually do the repair / upgrade myself, especially with cars and guns. Had too many idiots screw or scratch up my stuff when in for a fix.
