astepup
I was feeling bored so I decided to do some comparison shooting with my 17, 19 and 26. I used Federal AE 115 jhp for all three guns at a distance of 45 feet, shooting two full mags through each gun. I used the roof of my car as a "rest" and fired one round about every second. Top left target is the G4-17, top right the G3-19 and the bottom the G3-26. Three things stuck out at me. The 17's sights need adjustment, the 26 seems close to dead on and I really need to practice more with the 19. I can't believe I sprayed those rounds around like that. All three have factory internals and wear Tru Glo sights so I was expecting similar results, but that 19's target is bad! Sad thing is the 19 is my EDC the majority of the time although I do rotate once in awhile. I can see I need more trigger time with it. Maybe tomorrow I'll put the 41 MOS and 30SF on paper side by side and see what they can do.
pizzaaguy
I sold my 19 and bought a 26. I didn't see any differences.
willie-pete
Be careful using the car as a rest. Don't forget sight offset. Edited October 22, 2018 by willie-pete
RenoF250
When I first read it I thought you meant you had the target sitting on the car. I figured that explains why they are all high. I generally only shoot pistol with a rest to check the sights, gun, or ammo.
