So is DiFi guilty of malfeasance, and therefore impeachable?

Malfeasance is defined as breaking the law, and is one of only two reasons for impeachment.

Sex crime laws are fairly strict in reporting for a non-victim in the timeline you are allowed.  So having knowledge of a possible sex crime, and not reporting it to the proper authorities in a “timely” manner is a crime in most states.  Not reporting it until after someone else has reported it, can be the crime of withholding evidence, or accessory after the fact.  On the other hand, filing a false report, if you truly believe it to be a false accusation, is also a crime.  These items would also apply to the House member who passed this on to DiFi.

Not that it will happen, but what do you think?
