Yet, these "experts" refuse to consider that weather always "changes", and overall, it follows a periodic function with minor excursions between peaks of the cycles.
They refer to the present data by saying it is extreme when considered against a few hundred years previously.  Not Millenia previously, but hundreds of years.
They claim that the "effect of warming is detrimental", however, the Sahara and the Canadian Tundra, even the  South pole, show signs of previous tropical environments.
But to day, to these experts, this is somehow worse than historical records and must be stopped.  I would ask that if all mankind were eliminated, how would this change the temperature cycling of the Earth since it has been doing this for Millions of years prior to the advent of mankind.
This is another of the liberal passionate causes, that has no actual bearing on reality whatsoever, but it does distract them from anything that might be beneficial to our existence.

Actually, if poor people in areas without knowledge and skills to feed themselves continue to breed rapidly, global warming might be the only thing which could save them by increasing the length of growing cycles and land available for cultivation.

When I was in grade school the teacher told us that "experts say" the Earth couldn't maintain enough food production to supply any further increase in population.  Now we are at almost double that population and we still produce enough food that countries can export it.  "Experts"!
