We have multiple ETS magazines that we use for IDPA. My wife has changed out the followers on some of her mags so she can quickly tell which is her starting mag. Last week at a match, her slide stopped looking back on the last round. We looked at the mag and the part that pushes up on the slide lock had broken and was rattling around inside the magazine.

Not knowing if the follower was covered under the lifetime warranty, sent in an email with a picture. I explained that we had been using this at both indoor and outdoor ranges and this one broke at the indoor range. My assumption was that when she did a mag change, that it landed wrong on the concrete and broke.

They emailed me back saying it was covered and dropped new one in the mail. Three days later it arrived, but not just one, but four of them (when you order you get a four pack).

That is good customer service.

I have considered buying ETS 10 rounders for use in Steel Challenge and GSSF matches.  After hearing about your good experience, I will take a closer look

I have found ETS to be good to go. And they have developed a reputation for excellent customer service.

Also their AR mags have been good to go as well. They are worth considering.
