I had to look that up, but it appears that the Air Force version had ejection seats, the Navy version didn't.

Even though it was another fine product from Douglas Aircraft, the A-3/B-66 was a mediocre aircraft.

 

But, it had a hook!

Yes, the USAF models did have popperoutters, but the USN models did not.

?Nah, a couple of 58-60 year old still carrier qualified Navy throttle jockeys that have escaped mandatory retirement are going to come back next year to show everyone how its done. ?
