Dawn one early Spring morning on a "shortcut" for my path to work, I past a county airport with it's fence surrounding it.  Adjacent to the airport were Corn fields.

That morning there were Pheasants jammed wing to wing, sitting on the top rail of the fence waiting for the sun to get high enough to dry them off and warm them up.

I ran one mile next to the fence, and there was not break in the Pheasants sitting there.  I have see flocks, but never this many birds in a row waiting for the day to start.

It was a marvelous morning.

Good Morning!

The brain is working slowly this morning and that is just fine with me. I'll just sit here and sip my coffee and wait for it to start. May your thoughts be happy and may your coffee always be near.

And me, of the Northern half of Minnesota.
