Well.....no, it doesn't have a better eye-box or field of view. Both of which are unlimited with a red dot or holographic sight. I agree with the rest, and I'm sure they're a great value for the money. LPVOs are the new wave. Edited January 5, 2021 by M&P15T
M&P15T
WHile this topic is years old now, so are the answers. $250 in 2018 $$ is about $300 now. And for that $$ you can get a Holosun HS510C. Read the specs, they're impressive.

Swampfox762
I put a Red Dot on one of my Glock 30s's. Replaced the back site with a plate, that mounted the Sight. Pretty cool actually. I'll take some picts tomorrow and post em. Can't even remember the name of the sight. Made in England. Buddy gave it to me. Shoots bout 2 inches low, so I just aim 2 inches high with that particular gun. It's a house gun, so, I really don't care.
Swampfox762
Ok, so here's the site my buddy gave me. Ya just Knock out your back sight and put in the bracket for the Red Dot sight and Screw the Sight to the bracket. I've put about 50 rounds thru the 30s and the sight is still holding zero. Swampfox762
Only other one I considered was this one. Just thought the sight window was too small.
