The Kramer MSP and scabbard models are the best holsters known to mankind.

To risk carrying in anything else is just asking for all manner of trouble, up to, and including being chastised on an internet gun forum, and possibly even Facebook.

I have always used Sticky holsters and haven't a clue what they are made of.

I said other.  I use a fobus paddle holster.  It some type of plastic but I don't think it's kydex.

But that just happens to be the case for my current particular carry gun.  In the past, I've also used some other random plastic material:

Leather and Kydex virtually neck and neck.

I've taken to carrying my G19 MOS in an old Don Hume 009K.

The exterior is cowhide, the interior is calf skin, and there is thin Kydex sandwiched between the layers of leather.

It depends on which pants I wear.  If I can comfortably go IWB, I use a Stealthgear Revolution (kydex & something similar to neoprene).  If not, I go with leather OWB.

Years ago, for pocket carry, I made a leather holster from a old boot.

I use it for my carry SIG P938.

I've just ordered a new leather shoulder rig, to wear while on the road.  I had no easy way to carry a longer-barreled pistol, and this one seems like it will do the trick.  Plus, the holster-maker, Rudy Lozano, has always been a great guy to work with.  He's top notch.  Let him finish mine before you order, though!     I didn't want "horizontal" and I wasn't sold on "vertical" for my GLOCK 35, so when I saw what Black Hills Leather was offering, I dropped in my order.  One magazine carrier and a handcuff case on the opposing side.

I would have gone with two magazines on the off side since I don't take prisoners.
