I recall hearing of Typhoid Mary but don’t recall the details. Is that situation relevant here?

At one time governments “neutered” humans who were considered mentally deficient. Is that situation relevant here?

And what about the Tuskegee Experiment?

When, if ever, should governments be allowed to practice eugenics?

Depends. If you're a Dem, then yes. If you're a Rep, then no, you racist bastard!

A friend of mine is a nurse in Oregon. They are about to go into a full-on crisis with hospitals closing.

Nearly every hospital in Alaska is in crisis mode. They are over flowing with covid patients. Many on ventilators. Elective procedures are being put on the back burner.

This is ridiculous. A New York hospital refused a court order to fill a legitimate prescription of Ivermectin from a primary care doctor and give it to a 75-year-old veteran patient, Jeremy L. Carter, a Vietnam veteran, who was hospitalized for having a severe case of COVID. Now that patient is dead.

The veterans lawyer, who has sued and seen Ivermectin work when nothing else would, is absolutely right about this. If the patient wasn’t getting any better, why not use the drug as a last-ditch effort, especially when the family agreed to waive any responsibility from the hospital. It was a legitimate prescription from the man’s primary care doctor and there was no reason to deny it, other than negligence and bias.

This is like the stories we’ve seen in the last few years coming out of the socialist authoritarian hell-hole medical system in Europe. It’s unbelievable that this would happen in America, but it just goes to show you how biased even the ‘experts’ can be because of fake news.

I hope Alvarado sues the pants off this hospital because this is truly a great injustice.
