One of his best. I was just looking up Big Shot! You had to be a Big Shot didn't you, Eric! Nice play, sir! I think mine was Innocent Man.

Can't you tell that it's out of style? Should I get a set of white wall tires? Are you gonna cruise a miracle mile? Nowadays you can't be too sentimental Your best bet's a true baby-blue Continental Hot funk, cool punk, even if it's old junk It's still rock and roll to me

Maybe it's a little historical wishful thinking in some ways. No one had any idea Tom was going to go as far as he did. For a while there you couldn't make a good movie without him. I think Glass Houses had more songs that like on it than any other Billy Joel album. There just isn't a bad song on the whole thing.

Yeah and Scolari went on to play the dad in Honey I Shrunk The Kids TV show. I bet there are some sour grapes lurking about there somewhere. Scolari was the one who fashioned himself the serious actor, back then.

Both could act out a scene about yogurt and we would find it deep, meaningful and remember it forever. Freakin Morgan Freeman narrated a movie about penguins that made me call my dad....freakin penguins are better dads that Ill ever be. Dang penguin movie made me question humanity. Elton John made the world weep when a princess died. He's a musical magician. I did laugh when he responded to a reporter about his knighthood, "Well it wasn't the first time I've knelt before a queen." I about fell out of my chair when he said that.

Yeah, that comment is fairly brazen, but that word describes his style accurately enough. I've always loved his music.
