Don’t see too many Ethiopian joints around but I found one in Denver next to my favorite Korean dumpling joint.

I am planning to go but don’t know what to order.

IIRC, mostly, its different kinds of wat, or stew-type stuff, served on big flatbreads made of millet or teff.

I used to eat it often, its been a few years now.

You will usually get a pile of a few different dishes placed on top of a spongy bread called Injera.  Any dish with wot in the name is a curry like sauce, very good.  Oddly, I always found the vegetarian dishes much better than the meat dishes.

You just scoop up the goodies with your bread and eat, no utensils.

Get the coffee too, it's good.

They make great goat dishes and lentils, also great beef pies, most don’t eat pork, we had a lot of them living in Cuba going to school getting their dose of communism brainwashing...they’re not very fond of showering or antiperspirant by the way [emoji2357]
