janice6 Posted April 5, 2020 Share Posted April 5, 2020 I have given this some thought in the past, and my conclusion is that you are killing the wearer of the badge, it doesn't make it any less whether the wearer is a human or their badged animal. This is my opinion! When you kill the wearer of a law enforcement badge it isn't any less of an offense because of the wearer. Killing those that wear the badge shows the true intent of the criminal.
