"Progressives and neo-Marxists across the country blushed at the thought of San Francisco having an unabashed socialist as district attorney who pledged to radically reshape the city's criminal justice practices.

Among those fired on Friday was Mike Swart, who worked for 10 years as an attorney in the San Francisco D.A.'s homicide unit. Swart was a well-respected prosecutor who helped bring to justice the killer of Pearla Ann Louis, a woman who was murdered and stuffed into a suitcase."

The new rules are that prosecutions will be encouraged and continue for Whites, and discontinue for non-whites.  If they have any money it will be ours.

Then we will let criminals out of jail with their assertion that they will be model citizens, and only, murder, rape, and pillage, when they deem it absolutely necessary.  Which of course, will then be a misdemeanor.

Quote

Alameda County Superior Court Judge Patrick McKinney previously issued a tentative ruling in favor of Wedgewood Inc., a real estate investment group that bought the Oakland property at a foreclosure auction last year.

Still, he allowed lawyers for one of the women, Dominique Walker, and her recently formed collective, Moms 4 Housing, to make their case. They argued that housing is a right and that the court must give the women the right to possess the house, especially because it sat vacant for so long and the alternative would be to send the women to live on the streets.

Pardon me your honor, they have no ******* case they are ******* criminals.

Something didn't add up, correctly and it got me thinking.  I know this name.

This guys parents were part of a domestic terrorist group.  His mother is Kathy Boudin and father is David Gilbert of the Weather Underground.

Both were part of a Brinks armored car heist that result in the death of one of the security guards and the wounding of another.  Two police officers were also killed in the robbery and two wounded.  They worked in conjunction with the Black Liberation Army who was bombing the crap out of everyone in those days and attempting to create new country for African Americans and needed the cash to fund it.

His parents both received life time appointments to a correctional facility.

During the time both parents were in jail:   Chesa was raise by Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadene Dorhne.

Mom was doing 20 to life when a change was made to commute her sentence and she was was let lose on parole.   She took a job at Columbia University as a professor.  I  I need to double check on this last fact about the commuting of her time but she had done 22 years and was let lose on her third parole hearing.

CHEASA's dad is still doing time until 2053, i think it is.   He's not going anywhere.

Note the name:  CHEAsa....named for Chea.
