Some days in law enforcement, you have a bad day and you think there isn't enough money to do this. Then with government shutdowns, you do it for free anyway. One guy was soliciting minors on line for sex, and the Office of Professional Responsibility (OPR) arrested him. He might still be in Federal prison. Then two knuckle head IEA's (Immigration Enforcement Agents), who transported male and female detainees, would take females to hotels in route for a transfer and raped them.
