Uh, like maybe labor unions kill companies?

They killed Chrysler too.  Ford only survived its labor unions because they borrowed $4 billion dollars to buy out labor union contracts.

The labor unions did not help but US executives are crap pretty much across the board.

I truly don't believe that most CEO's work as hard for the companies they manage as they do for themselves.  At the large corporation level you are approaching the greed versus financial success ratio.

It's the color.  If you work for GM and drive a blue Corvette, data shows you will have an accident.  I can prove it with a slide rule.

Statistics, man.

There is a reason why the songs are titled "Little Red Corvette" and Red Barchette".  Just sayin'.

If I could order any color car, I would choose from the abandoned colors proposed for Chrysler muscle cars.  My choice would be "Statutory Grape".

I suppose a second choice would be "Thanks Vermillion".

Sort of off the on topic.

Anyone catch the recent series about the history of the automobile and the American Market?

Really interesting and informative.

Sorry I can't recall the show name....I'd have to go look at my deleted DVR recordings.

I think it was called How the Automobile Shaped America or something like that.

It was three 2 hour shows. Sans commercials about an hour and a half. lol
